Same-Day Delivery

The workhorse tier for non-urgent specimens, pharmacy fills, lab kits, and supply runs. The locally verified flow uses the same custody standard as STAT; device telemetry, media storage, and PDF export remain release-gated.

Three declared handling options: ambient, refrigerated (2–8 °C), and frozen. Continuous device telemetry is not live yet and must not be inferred from the selected range.

What you get here that you won’t get elsewhere

We built LabPath around the exact failure points facilities report with their current couriers.

No patient data fields

The booking model has no patient fields, and the opaque package QR carries no patient data. Staff are warned not to place PHI in the bounded access-notes channel; requisitions stay sealed with the package.

The quote you approve is the invoice you get

The backend produces a server-authoritative booking quote and preserves the accepted amount. The public rate card still needs reconciliation before launch.

Honest ETAs, not optimistic ones

We show you a driver-verified ETA before you confirm — never a fixed-minute promise physics can't keep.

Incident communication commitment

A 15-minute communication target belongs in an executed service agreement and launch operating procedure. It is not presented here as measured production performance.

Dedicated-driver launch standard

Background checks, role-appropriate HIPAA and bloodborne-pathogens training, vehicle controls, and validated containers are required operating gates before live service—not software test results.

QR chain of custody on every package

Each package receives an opaque QR and must be scanned at pickup; receiver attestation and signature close the locally verified flow. Production photo storage and PDF export remain release-gated.
