Pricing questions, answered
- How much does a medical courier cost in Houston?
- The website's current nonbinding rate card starts at $39 for Same-Day, $49 for Rush, and $95 for STAT, with mileage and handling adjustments shown in the estimator. The published website card still needs reconciliation with the booking system before production launch. The backend-produced quote accepted during booking is authoritative.
- Do I need an account to get a price?
- No account is required for the website estimate. The Register Facility page is currently a non-transmitting onboarding preview; it does not create a live account or book a run.
- Is the quoted price what I actually get invoiced?
- The website result is an estimate, not a binding quote. At booking, the backend produces the authoritative quote and preserves the accepted amount through the workflow. Billing terms remain subject to the executed facility agreement.
- How fast can a STAT medical delivery be picked up?
- The locally verified STAT workflow is eligible for immediate offer-based dispatch and direct routing. Actual pickup requires a live courier assignment. Production driver availability and facility GPS are not live, and LabPath does not publish a fixed-minute guarantee.
- What areas does LabPath Logistics serve?
- The planned launch area is Greater Houston, including the Texas Medical Center corridor, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Pasadena, and The Woodlands. Live availability requires dispatch confirmation; email dispatch@labpathlogistics.com for early-access questions.
